On February 3rd the fellows benefited from a one-day rhetoric workshop ‘Speaking publicly’ by Kurt Gerhardt, voice coach and former head of the German WDR/NRD radio station in Brussels.
On February 15th 2011 the EXACT fellows followed an invitation to the German Development Institute (DIE-GDI) in Bonn. The trip enhanced the possibility of cooperations in the future. The visit also included a stop at the Museum of German History.
In order to foster the dissemination of the EXACT project and its fellows, the group was visited by a professional photographer in February 2011 to set up a comprehensive set of profile pictures.
In January and February 2011 the students enjoyed intensive French language classes at the Institut français de Cologne in order to prepare for the stays in Brussels.
